Understanding the requirement of the client
On receipt of an enquiry we not just send an offer, but interact with our prospective customer to first understand the actual requirement of the client and availability of resources.
Feasibility Study
Based on the input received from our clients after detailed discussion, our technical team internally makes a feasibility study in regards to offering the right project in terms of capacity & technicality.
Project Guidance
After internal feasibility study of the project, we return back to the customer for detailed discussion on the project to offer for making it a viable & profitable project for the customer and guide them accordingly.
Factory Allocation for Project Execution
Once the manufacturing schedule is fixed, a job number is being allotted to the project and is then allocated to our factory for manufacturing the project.
Internal or Third Party Inspection
our quality team do periodic inspection of the project during the manufacturing process, however we are open for third party inspection also, if the customer desires for it.
Submission of Quality Check Certificate
After the completion of the manufacturing process and final quality check of your project before dispatch, we provide our customer with a quality check certificate, authorized by our quality head
Project Planning
After the discussion with the client, if the customer gets ready for going ahead for the project, then our technical team along with the Project head seat together for planning the appropriate project for offer in terms of Capacity, MOC. Technology, Design, scope of manufacturing, BOI, performance guarantee and delivery terms.
Submission of Bill of Lading
For export projects, after shipping, and after receipt of B/L from our logistics department, we sent a copy of B/L to our customer also, to enable our customer to understand that shipment already progressed.
Submission of Techno Commercial offer
Based on the internal technical discussion about the project to be offered, our proposal team then prepares a technical offer first which is then reviewed by our Vice President (Projects) after receiving his concurrence, the commercial offer get prepared which is then finally validated and then sent to the customer.
Techno Commercial Discussion
After sending the Techno Commercial offer to the customer our team discuss with our customer again about the offering and explain him about the technicalities, process flow, different sections of the project, customer’s scope, BOI in details and finally after freezing the technical part of the offer discuss on commercial terms.
Finalization of Order
After the techno commercial discussion, once the order gets finalized, the customer sends us a purchase order along with a booking advance, on receipt of the PO & the booking advance, we consider the status of order as received and start working on the detailed drawing of the project.
Detailed Drawing
On receipt of the Firm and formal order from the client, our technical team starts working on the detailed drawing of the project, including Layout Plan, Hydrofil Drawing and P&ID.
Manufacturing Schedule
fter the detailed drawing, the project team seats with the production & Quality team for creating a manufacturing schedule of a particular project and on finalization of the schedule, the same is being sent to the customer.
Quarterly updation of Project Manufacturing Status
During the time of manufacturing the project on every quarter we use to send the status of manufacturing of the project, to enable the customer to understand the progress of manufacturing of his project.
Customers Intimation of Shipment reached at Sight
On receipt of the shipment at the project site of the customer, the customer needs to inform us that he has received the shipment and is ready for erectioning & Commissioning
Submission of visit schedule for technicians for erection & commissioning
After receiving intimation of shipment reached at the project site from our customer, we provide the visit schedule of our erectioning & commissioning team to our customer.
Installation & Commissioning
On reaching the project site our project installation & commissioning team completes plant installation and commissioning of the project.
Training of customers Factory Technicians
During the installation & Commissioning process, our technical supervisors provide training to the local plant operators of the customer’s factory and educate them about the nitigrities of the plant, so that if need arises, the local plant operators on urgent basis can fix the problem of the plant.
Running of the Plant to ensure matching output with the performance guarantee offered
After the commissioning of the plant, out site engineers under the supervision of our site supervisor runs the plant to see if the plant is giving the matching output as per the performance guarantee offered.
Receipt of certificate of Successful commission from the client
Even after successful commissioning of the plant, our site engineers do not leave the factory site unless our customer checks all parameters of the plant running and on being satisfied with the output provides us with a Certificate of successful Commissioning
