Customized Esterification Plant Manufacture
Esterification is a process to produce fatty acid ester, it can be monoglycerides, diglyceride & triglyceride. Is the process in which fatty acids react with Glycerin under temperature conditions and in the presence of vacuum, with the help of sparging steam. Further this fatty acid in vapourform is condensed & recovered in liquid form by the vapour scrubbing system.
Esterification Process:
Fatty acid from the intermediate storage tank is pumped to the Esterifier and heated with the help of thermic fluid. The material is agitated through the circulation and open steam. Continuous steam agitation at open steam side assures continuous and maximum heat exchange.
Esterifier is a vertical vessel, where Ensures uniform reaction of monoglyceride to triglyceride esters with the help of Glycerol reagent and also distillation of odoriferous substances. Which provide sufficient mass transfer surface for effective removal of volatile matters.

Esterification Advantages :

Esterification Applications:
Esterified Oil once bleached & deodorized can be used by edible oil industry as a blended oil.
